Register with your society's joining link

How a resident joins their society — open your committee's joining link, fill in three short parts, then wait for your society admin to approve you.

Every society on RWA Connect 360 has its own joining link, and your society's committee shares it — often in the society's WhatsApp group. There is no public sign-up: your society admin approves everyone who joins.

Join with your society's link

  1. Open the joining link from your committee. It shows your society's name and Resident Registration.
  2. In Personal Info, type your Full Name, Mobile Number, Email and Date of Birth. Press Next.
  3. In Property, choose your Ownership Type: Owner, Tenant or Other (specify). Then find your flat under Find your flat. If your society has no flat list yet, type your address instead. Press Next.
  4. In Account, type a Password of at least 8 characters, and type it again in Confirm Password.
  5. Leave I consent to receive WhatsApp messages from this society ticked. Registration needs it.
  6. Press Submit Registration.

You see Registration Submitted! Your request has gone to your society admin.

If your society asks members to confirm their email, you see Check Your Email first. Type the 6-digit code from the email and press Verify.

While you wait for approval

You can sign in straight away. Until your admin approves you, your home page says that your registration is with your society admin, and the rest of the app stays closed. You are told by WhatsApp or email when they decide.

If you already have an account

If your email already has an RWA Connect 360 account — in another society, for example — the Account part asks for Password of your existing account instead of a new password. Type it to join with the same account. If you have forgotten it, reset your password first.

Messages you might see

  • "Society not found" — the link is wrong or no longer works. Ask your committee for it again.
  • "This mobile number is already registered in this society." (or the same for your email) — you already have an account here. Sign in instead.
  • "A registration with this email is already pending review" (or this mobile number) — you have already applied. Wait for your admin's decision.
  • "This account was previously deactivated by the RWA admin. Please contact your admin to reactivate." — only your society admin can let you back in.
  • "We couldn't register these details. If you already have an account, sign in or use Forgot password; otherwise ask your society admin." — do what it says. Your admin can also add you themselves.

Other ways in

  • Your committee added you themselves. You get an email to set your password. After that, sign in. Your admin still approves you.
  • Your society imported its member list. You get a welcome email to create your password. When you first sign in, choose your flat on your home page. Your admin then approves you.
