What you get
Start with a free trial
Register your society in a few steps. The 14-day free trial needs no credit card.
More
The person who registers the society becomes its first admin.
Three ways to bring residents in
Share your registration link, add people one by one, or import an Excel file.
More
With the link, residents fill a short form themselves. When you add someone, or import them, they get an email to set their own password — you never set anyone's password.
You approve everyone
Whichever way someone comes in, they wait for your approval.
More
When you approve someone they are told by WhatsApp or email, and their first bill covers only the rest of the current period.
How it works
- 1
Download the template
Open Bulk Migration and press Download Template.
- 2
Fill it in
One row per person: name, email, mobile, owner or tenant, and whether they have paid for this period.
- 3
Check and import
Upload the file, press Validate & Preview, fix any rows it flags, then import. Each person gets an email to set a password and choose their flat.
For your committee
- Import residents from Excel (.xlsx or .xls)
- Add one person yourself
- Approve each person before they get in
For residents
- Join from your society's link
- Set your own password
- Choose your flat when you first sign in, if you were imported
Questions
Can we import past payments?
What if someone already has an RWA Connect 360 account?
Works well with
- Collect maintenance on UPI with no gateway fees
Bills raised for every flat, UPI payments with no gateway fees, and a receipt for each payment.
- Handle resident complaints from start to finish
Complaints raised from a phone, answered in one thread, and visible to the society.
- Vehicle QR stickers that reach the owner without showing a number
A QR sticker on every vehicle, so anyone can alert its owner without seeing a number.
