Join your society on RWA Connect 360
Your committee shares a joining link. Open it, fill a short form, and your committee approves you. Then you can pay your dues, raise complaints and sign petitions.

How to join, step by step

Get your society's link
Your committee copies your society's registration link from their dashboard and shares it, usually in the society's WhatsApp group. Only have the code? Type it in the box above.

Fill the short form
It has three parts: Personal Info, Property and Account. Choose your flat or type your address, set a password, then press Submit Registration. If your society asks, enter the 6-digit code we email you.

Wait for approval
Your committee checks your details and approves you. We tell you by WhatsApp or email. Then sign in with your email or mobile number and your password.
What your status means
After you sign in, your home page shows one of these.
- Waiting for approval
- You have signed up. Your committee has not approved you yet.
- Choose your flat
- Your committee added you from their own list. Sign in, choose your flat, and then wait for approval.
- Active
- You are a member and you owe nothing.
- Fee pending
- You are a member and a bill has started that is not paid yet.
- Not approved
- Your committee did not approve you, and sent you the reason. If it is something you can fix, you can register again.
Did your committee add you?
Your committee can also add you themselves, or bring you in from their own list. Then you get an email with a link to set your password. If you came from their list, you choose your flat the first time you sign in.
Link not working?
“Society not found” means the link or code is wrong, or the society is not using RWA Connect 360 right now. Ask your committee for the link again. Forgot your password? Reset it with a code.
