What you get
Card, UPI and netbanking
Residents choose how to pay. They see any charge before they pay, and UPI has none.
More
Card and netbanking carry a small charge, worked out so that your society receives the full fee. The way the resident chooses to pay is locked for that payment, so the price they see is the price they pay.
Marked paid on its own
When a payment goes through, the fee is marked paid and the resident gets a receipt. Nobody types a UTR or checks a bank app.
More
The money settles to your society's bank account in about two working days.
Your UPI QR stays
Online payments sit beside your UPI QR, never instead of it.
More
You set up the UPI QR first. If online payments are ever paused, card and netbanking switch off and residents go back to paying by QR — nothing stops.
How it works
- 1
Add your bank details
In Payment Setup, choose Automatic Payments and enter your society's bank account details.
- 2
Razorpay checks them
Razorpay verifies the account. They deposit ₹1 into it to confirm it is yours — this is normal.
- 3
Residents pay online
Once it is live, residents can pay by card, UPI or netbanking, and each payment marks its fee paid.
